    different dynamics.

    strictions, as do the three counties.

    wanting less to maintain on a vacation property.

Looking for a rent to own property if possible. Not quite ready to buy but looking to relocate there next May. I have 3 children and am interested in something that has a decent school district as well.

Purchasing or selling a property is best done with some support. Only a realtor can assist you in the way you want. A realtor takes a healthy commission for his invaluable assistance. Don't think, you can save money by selling your property without appointing a realtor. I think nobody can save money this way, unless the person making the transaction has bullish negotiating power.
